Important Information
Transportation for Local Campers
- Families must make their own daily transportation arrangements.
- For public transportation info, please contact King County Metro at 206-553-3000 or metro.kingcounty.gov.
- Escorted airport transportation to and from Sea-Tac International Airport is available for $75 each way, per camper, by written request with four weeks advanced notice.
Dormitory Information for Local and Non-Local Campers
- Available to any camper, aged 12 or older.
- A dynamic international residential community, one block from campus.
- Lifelong friendships with American and international students.
- Go on after-school activities and weekend adventures throughout the Seattle area.
- Learn from and have fun with our professional residential life faculty.
- Apply early-spaces fill up quickly.
Visa Information for International Campers
- Since all classes are non-credit, international campers need only a B1 / B2 visa or to use the Visa Waiver Program. The Northwest School does not issue an I-20 for the Summer Camp.
Lunch
- Made fresh daily in our kitchens using international cuisines.
- Special needs diets can be accommodated. Contact the Camp office.
Personal Property
- The Northwest School is unable to insure personal property, including property used in classes, such as cameras and headphones.
